Binnen de organisatie vormt finance de schakel tussen de lokale activiteiten en de internationale rapportering. Je werkt nauw samen met buitenlandse finance teams en neemt als Senior Accountant een sleutelpositie in binnen de afdeling. Je fungeert als rechterhand van de Finance Manager en combineert een sterke operationele verantwoordelijkheid met betrokkenheid bij diverse projecten en optimalisaties. Senior Accountant - Job omschrijving Closing & rapportering: Je stuurt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen voor verschillende Europese entiteiten, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële cijfers en verzorgt een correcte groepsrapportering naar internationale stakeholders. BTW & compliance: Je neemt ownership over complexe Europese btw-processen, coördineert aangiftes en reconciliaties, werkt samen met externe adviseurs en waakt over de naleving van lokale en internationale regelgeving. Projecten & optimalisatie: Je coördineert audits, versterkt interne controles en neemt een actieve rol op in financiële transformatie-, automatiserings- en procesverbeteringsprojecten. Senior Accountant - Profiel GL expertise: Je beschikt over een stevige achtergrond binnen general ledger accounting en combineert dit met een grondige kennis van Europese btw-regelgeving en internationale transacties.
