About the Role You will play a key role in strengthening production quality in a robotics-focused manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you work close to operations, analyze quality performance, and turn deviations into lasting improvements. You will collaborate with production, supplier quality, production engineering, and R&D to improve processes, reduce scrap and rework, and support a stable, high-quality flow in production. Job Description You will monitor, analyze, and report production quality KPIs. You will lead continuous improvement activities with a focus on Lean Six Sigma. You will perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to resolve quality deviations. You will identify opportunities to reduce scrap, rework, and recurring quality issues in production. You will manage quality deviations in SAP and support structured follow-up. You will contribute to the development of PFMEA and Control Plans. You will perform internal quality audits and support compliance with quality processes. You will work closely with Production, Supplier Quality, Production Engineering, and R&D on production-related quality matters. You will participate in Andon processes and support quality aspects in production-related projects. You will support quality training as well as customer and product support activities when needed. You will act when production or delivery needs to be stopped due to quality concerns. Requirements Strong experience within production or manufacturing quality. Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Experience with APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Strong experience in root cause analysis and structured problem solving. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to handle several quality issues at the same time and collaborate across different functions. Working command of English.
