About the Role You will help shape a digital environment where integrations, operations, data analytics, and front-end solutions need to work together seamlessly. In this role, you will build and evolve a microservice landscape that supports business-critical workflows in a fast-moving construction setting. You will work closely with domain experts to understand how the business operates and turn their needs into secure, scalable, and practical technical solutions. You will also play an important part in strengthening DevSecOps practices and governance, helping the organization combine speed with stability and security. The environment is dynamic, with changing priorities and new challenges emerging as the project develops, so your ability to adapt and solve problems will be valuable. This is a strong opportunity for you if you enjoy hands-on backend development and want real influence on architecture, integrations, and ways of working. Job Description You will design, develop, and maintain a scalable microservices architecture. You will build tailored solutions and integrations that support business needs across the digital stack. You will work closely with domain experts to translate workflows and requirements into technical solutions. You will contribute to the development and improvement of DevSecOps procedures, governance, and security practices. You will respond to changing priorities in a high-paced project environment and help move work forward with quality. You will share knowledge with your team and contribute to continuous learning across functions. Requirements Experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot frameworks. A strong understanding of microservice architecture principles. Experience working with low-code platforms to build functional, high-quality workflows and systems. Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, evolving project environment. A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with colleagues across different functions. An interest in learning beyond your core technical area and contributing where needed in the business.
