Group Design Leader

We are looking for an experienced Group Design Leader to join our team and take a leading role in automotive product development within Interior, Exterior, or Body-in-White. About the role: Drive design from concept development to industrialization Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and suppliers Ensure compliance with customer requirements, technical standards, and project targets Support design reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution activities Mentor and support design engineers within the project team Your Profile B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Several years of experience in automotive product development Previous experience as Group Design Leader, Design Leader, Technical Leader, or similar role Strong understanding of automotive development processes Experience working with CATIA V5 and Teamcenter is highly valued Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English About Astek Astek has always been driven by a strong sense of curiosity and a desire to explore the possibilities of technology.
