Job Description *PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING CVs IN ENGLISH As a Helix Junior Developer, you will build and configure solutions on the Helix platform, turning designs into working components. With guidance and mentoring from senior colleagues, you will grow your technical skills while helping deliver solutions that are secure, maintainable, and ready to run. Duties Configure and build Helix components (ITSM, Digital Workplace (DWP), Business Workflows (BWF), Innovation Suite) based on designs and guidance from senior colleagues. Implement workflows, forms, and request experiences following established platform patterns and standards Support the development of integrations between Helix and surrounding systems (for example DevOps tools) Assist with bug fixing, testing, and troubleshooting across Helix solutions Document configurations and changes clearly so they are easy to maintain Participate in code and configuration reviews to learn platform best practices Grow your understanding of ITSM, ServiceOps, and IT4IT ways of working Collaborate with developers, designers, and platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions Required skills and education Skills Mandatory; Some experience from the BMC Helix platform A foundation in software development, configuration, or low-code platform work, from studies, internships, or early professional experience Interest in ITSM, ServiceOps, or enterprise platforms, and eagerness to learn BMC Helix Basic understanding of integration concepts and APIs (REST, JSON) Some exposure to scripting or workflow-based automation is a plus Strong analytical mindset and willingness to ask questions and challenge requirements Ability to document your work clearly and pragmatically A collaborative attitude and comfort working in a team alongside architects and engineers Fluent English, written and spoken Education Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Application When you apply through Techrytera AB, you’re not just applying for a job – you’re starting a dialogue about your career path.
