Contract Positions – Starting end of Sept / early Oct Duration: Fixed Term, until the end of January 2027 The Production Operator performs day-to-day manufacturing operations in the audiophile production department. This involves working on the assembly of semi-finished and finished products using a machine and/or performs routine assembly tasks in various product assembly areas. Primary Responsibilities - Assemble product to agreed output and specific quality standards. - Process steps include: • Assembly (manual & machine operations), • Testing. • Packing. - Maintain accurate production, quality and training records. - Achieve daily/weekly targets through effective teamwork. - Handles stock in a careful and safe manner, conscious of quality and eliminating damage to parts and maintaining stock accuracy. - Adhere to all safety & housekeeping rules and procedures. Ensure that work areas and equipment are maintained in accordance with company requirements e.g health & safety, 5S. Your Profile: - Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential. - Results focused and takes timely action. - Learning mindset - Learns quickly; enjoys challenges and approaches them openly; quickly grasps new topics / essence of things. - Basic computer skills. - Attention to detail with a focus on high-quality work. - Ability to communicate effectively in the English, verbally and in writing and interpret standard operating procedures.
