As the Sustainability & Project Specialist, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and drive the company's sustainability goals, including EU and global certification. You’ll lead and manage key projects across our manufacturing facility, enhancing environmental practices and optimizing operations for efficiency. Responsibilities Sustainability Leadership: • Spearhead sustainability initiatives that align with company objectives, focusing on environmental impact reduction and certification ( EcoVadis, Origin Green) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainable practices into daily operations. • Manage Energy Monitoring System and produce weekly report on utilities, conduct analysis on energy usage for SEUs on site. • Seek out opportunities to reduce electricity, LPG and water consumption. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and energy costs. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Sustainability, Business Management, or a related field (preferred). • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing, with a strong track record of project and sustainability management. • Proven expertise in negotiating costs with suppliers and ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets. Must hold the legal right to live and work in Ireland. Must have excellent English language skills
