Mount Juliet Estate, a 5★ luxury resort set across 500 acres of beautiful Irish countryside, is looking for a Full-Time Bartender to join the team in the newly renovated The Manor. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award-winning hospitality team and work within one of Ireland’s most iconic luxury resorts. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner. Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer and other beverages efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar and front-of-house areas. Take orders, operate POS systems and handle cash and card payments accurately. Recommend and upsell beverages according to guests’ preferences. Develop a strong knowledge of the food and beverage menu to confidently answer guest questions. Ensure all drinks are served at the correct temperature and in the appropriate glassware. Work closely with colleagues across the restaurant, bar and kitchen to ensure smooth service. Assist with table service, functions, events and other operational duties when required. Deal with guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality environment. Experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or leisure environment is an advantage. Excellent knowledge of spirits, wine and beer. Strong communication and customer service skills. Accurate and responsible cash-handling skills. Familiarity with POS systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable. Must be available to work Full-Time.
