Warehouse Operative – Immediate Start – Skilled and Unskilled Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team. This is a hands-on role offering the right candidate the opportunity to take real responsibility within a busy warehouse environment, with excellent potential for development and future progression as the company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities • Picking, packing and shipping customer orders accurately and on time • Receiving stock and putting goods away safely and efficiently • Carrying out physical inventory and equipment checks • Picking and supplying materials for urgent production requirements • Liaising with Customer Service regarding order discrepancies, tracking and delivery issues • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse • Cleaning equipment, tools and work areas in accordance with company procedures • Supporting the wider team and following operational instructions as required What We’re Looking For The successful candidate will be: • Reliable, self-motivated and organised • Accurate, with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritising workload • A good communicator with excellent spoken and written English • Computer literate and confident navigating computer systems • Customer-focused and aware of the importance of accurate and timely order fulfilment • Willing to work as part of a team and adapt as the company grows Previous experience in warehouse operations, materials management, logistics or supply chain would be a strong advantage. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP or other ERP systems would also be beneficial. A Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be an advantage. Hours Standard working week: 40 hours Overtime is paid for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. Why Join Us?
