In order to work in Ireland a non-EEA National, unless they are exempted, must hold a valid employment permit. We are a hospitality group, and we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees across the organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Irish employment law and employee relations, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A legal background from Hispanic countries is highly desirable, particularly where supported by experience in employment law, HR, or employee relations. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters. - Provide practical guidance on Irish employment legislation and HR policies. - Support recruitment, onboarding, talent management and organisational change. - Coach managers on effective people-management practices. - Support employee engagement, development and workforce planning. - Promote a positive, inclusive and culturally diverse workplace. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR processes comply with relevant legislation. Requirements: - At least 6 months' experience in an HR department in Ireland. - At least 2 years of hospitality experience in Ireland. - Strong knowledge of Irish employment law. - International Law degree or international legal background - Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken. - Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills. - Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams. - High level of professionalism, discretion and commercial awareness. - Strong understanding of turnover and retention analysis - High skills on Microsoft Office Desirable Skills: - Strong knowledge of Alkimii
