We are seeking skilled and dedicated Chefs de Partie to join our culinary team, responsible for the consistent preparation and execution of authentic Chettinad dishes while upholding the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Taking full responsibility for the daily operation of a designated kitchen section; preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and quality standards; ensuring each dish meets strict authenticity, flavour, and presentation guidelines; managing all section preparation to ensure organisation and readiness for service; supervising and guiding team members, providing instruction on proper techniques and procedures; assisting Sous Chefs with monitoring stock levels, reporting low inventory, and minimising waste; maintaining impeccable station cleanliness and organisation while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Requirements: Proven experience preparing authentic Chettinad and South Indian cuisine; minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen; strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking techniques and spice profiles; ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment; strong teamwork and communication skills; keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food; formal culinary training or certification advantageous.
