Training Coordinator

The Training Administrator supports the Training Lead in the coordination and administration of training across Kids Inc. The role focuses on ensuring staff and new starters are enrolled in mandatory training, training records are accurately maintained, and staff receive ongoing support throughout the onboarding and compliance training process. This role supports the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (Mykademy), training communications, reporting, and record management to help ensure centres always remain audit and Tusla-ready.
