Customer Operations Coordinator

Limited T/A M J Scannell Safety requires a Customer Operations Coordinator to join the team in Dublin. The Customer Operations Coordinator will coordinate and take ownership of key business accounts within Customer Operations, providing full-cycle B2B support from processes and procedures through to operational strategy, including ERP systems and e-commerce. The successful candidate will work with warehouse managers, sales and procurement departments, suppliers, transport companies, and B2B and retail customers to ensure efficient order processing. Must have the relevant qualification or relevant work experience, along with 2 years' experience in a Customer Account Management role. The basic weekly hours are 39 hours. Minimum salary is €36,605 to €40,000 per annum.
