Lam Research Salzburg GmbH - The group you'll be a part of The Global Human Resources Group operat... 1 Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) Job-ID: 203201 I Work Location Model: On-site Flex I Arbeitsort: Salzburg I Work Country: Österreich What you'll do Manage the entire recruiting life cycle: * Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and align deliverables with business objectives * Source local as well as international candidates * Prescreen incoming applications * Complete phone screens * Organize interviews (virtual and on-site) * Guide both the managers and the candidates through an efficient recruiting process that keeps the candidates and the manager engaged and satisfied * Track all candidates through the candidate tracking system * Use sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for recruited positions * Provide frequent updates on status of different recruiting initiatives to Human Resources and Managers * Support onboarding and assimilation of new hires * Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs at schools/universities Who we're looking for * University degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources * Relevat experience in full-cycle recruiting * Demonstrated success generating candidates through direct sourcing methods * Experience in recruiting technical positions (local and international) preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German * Ability to successfully manage competing priorities with high attention to detail, completing tasks quickly and accurately * Strong team orientation and customer focus This position is hired through a third party agency.
