Then actively shape the future of Austrian Airlines! Start: October 2026 - 6 months fixed-term Tasks * You will help develop and implement group-wide cultural and change initiatives * You will assist in creating management presentations, communication materials, and recommendations for action * You will assist in the design, preparation, and execution of workshops, cultural events, and exchange formats * You will work on the following key topics: decision-making; psychological safety; and resilience * You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data and derive recommendations for action * You will collaborate with various business units and international stakeholders within the Lufthansa Group * You will analyze and visualize cultural key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure cultural developments and change initiatives Requirements * You are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship * You are interested in corporate culture, change management, organizational development, and leadership * You have analytical thinking skills and enjoy working with data * You work in a structured and independent manner * You excel in communication and teamwork * You have very good written and spoken German and English skills * You are very proficient in using MS Office programs * You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union Link: https://apply.lufthansagroup.careers/index.php?ac=jobad&id=134216 Das Mindestentgelt für die Stellen als Internship Culture and Change Management (all genders) beträgt 1.477,38 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
