À ce poste clé, vous serez responsable de la définition et de la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie de développement commercial. Vous développerez un portefeuille B2B au Luxembourg grâce au cross-selling et à l'upselling, et représenterez l'entreprise lors d'événements professionnels afin de renforcer votre réseau et votre visibilité. Vos responsabilités • Développer et gérer un portefeuille de clients entreprises au Luxembourg : comprendre leurs enjeux, proposer des solutions adaptées, négocier avec les décideurs et conclure des partenariats durables. • Concevoir des propositions commerciales et piloter des actions ciblées pour atteindre vos objectifs de croissance. • Accompagner les nouveaux clients tout au long de leur intégration. • Fidéliser et développer les comptes existants en identifiant des opportunités de cross-selling et d'upselling. Votre profil • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en développement commercial B2B de services, incluant prospection et fidélisation. • Excellente connaissance du tissu économique luxembourgeois et de ses décideurs (C-level). • Français courant, anglais niveau professionnel. • Orienté résultats, avec de solides compétences en négociation, réseautage, storytelling, ainsi qu'une forte capacité d'écoute et d'empathie. • À l'aise avec les données : capacité à analyser, formuler des recommandations et définir une stratégie commerciale pertinente.
