We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Sales Assistant (m/f/x) under a permanent contract. Summary The Sales Assistant plays a key role in driving business growth by supporting the sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Acting as a trusted partner to the Business Development team, the role ensures an outstanding customer experience while contributing to contract renewals and winning RFP responses. Missions of the role • Support the Business Development team: - Work in close collaboration with the Business Development Managers to support their daily commercial activities. - Prepare and/or contribute to ongoing commercial offers and quotes (using our CRM and ERP for issuing sales quotes and managing purchase order process) - Follow up on sales-related activities for new prospects and existing clients • Assist with daily tasks and contract renewals: - Make outbound calls to follow up with clients in the perimeter of the Business Development Managers. - Follow existing contracts using the CRM and ERP systems. - Proactively identify contract renewal opportunities and manage the renewal process for existing clients. • Help with incoming requests and first contacts: - Be the first point of contact for part of the inbound marketing leads. - Qualify customer needs effectively via phone and/or email to assess the required level of support. - Send prospects relevant commercial brochures and initial information regarding LuxTrust products and solutions. - Hand over qualified leads to the appropriate Business Development Manager when personalized, in-depth follow-up is required. • Administrative support to RFP processes: - Support our BID Manager on administrative part of the response whenever required in the RFP processes. - Help in the coordination of the response with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we respond within the deadlines. • Other duties as assigned Required skills: • Qualifications / diploma(s): Bachelor's or Master's degree or related experience • Years of experience in the area: At least 5 years of experience in IT business and salesmanship • Languages: French and English fluent.
