Product Owner - Channels Product Management (f/m/d) Location: Luxembourg, LU Company: Deutsche Börse Group Your area of work: As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A. operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide. We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the evolution of our primary client Portal into a next-generation gateway for Clearstream's digital services. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager and development teams, you will provide the coordination, problem-solving leadership, and execution oversight needed to keep streams aligned and unblocked. Your responsibilities: • Be accountable for Xact product implementation initiatives in line with DCSD, ensuring all inputs required for development and production deployment are complete, consistent and approved. • Own Requirements Phase activities, with accountability for the creation, maintenance and quality of the PRD as the primary work product in that phase and business analysis support for the streams • Ensure structured handover and continuity between Requirements Phase and Implementation Phase, maintaining requirement clarity and decision traceability. • Act as point of contact for requirement-related questions, reducing ambiguity and delays (together with Functional Analysts). • Identify and manage dependencies, escalating and resolving impediments in collaboration with the Team and structure the required Jira set-up. • Be accountable for backlog completeness during the Implementation Phase • During Implementation phase, support the Product Backlog creation, including refinement, maintenance and lifecycle management of backlog items. • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk and delivery constraints, in alignment with the Product Manager's direction. • Provide support during functional end-to-end and BAT testing phases • Enforce a clear “Definition of Ready”, ensuring items entering development meet agreed quality standards. • Provide continuous stakeholder feedback to the team. • Collaborate with the Scrum Team (Developers, Scrum Master, Testers) to clarify requirements and support delivery. • Support preparation of Sprint Planning, including sprint goal definition and backlog ordering.
