Instock Manager - EU CPB Grocery Supply Chain, EU Consumables Private Brands Job ID: 10491578 | Amazon EU Sarl Description Join our exciting world of Consumables Private Brands in the EU, where we are launching our own line of Everyday Essentials products across all Consumables categories (Food & Beverages, Health, Personal Care, Beauty, Household Consumables, Pets, Sport Nutrition). We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Instock Manager for our Grocery Supply Chain team, responsible for handling and analysing data to generate insights that drive supply chain improvements and ensure Amazon has the right product quantities, in the right places, at the right time. Key job responsibilities You will work continuously to handle and analyse end-to-end supply chain data, delivering insights that inform and drive supply chain improvements, partnering with Category and Operations teams, as well as externally with Vendors for our Grocery Supply Chain. You will conduct performance deep-dives to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and recommend actions. You will apply AI to supply chain reporting and develop forward-looking reporting that identifies future inventory risk. You will also work cross-functionally across the organization and with Amazon central teams worldwide to drive data-driven supply chain improvements that are sustainable and scalable. A successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and a passion for supply chain analytics. They must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and enjoy identifying opportunities to design and implement long-term scalable analytical solutions from end-to-end. They will have a strong mix of analytical and innovative thinking, alongside the ability to earn trust, which they will use to own and drive data-driven change across the business. The candidate should be passionate about retail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A day in the life Handle and analyse supply chain data to generate insights that drive improvements in key supply chain metrics such as unhealthy inventory, lead times, placement and speed Conduct performance deep-dives to identify root causes of supply chain deviations and quantify improvement opportunities for our Grocery selection Apply AI and automation to supply chain reporting to increase depth, accuracy, and scalability of analytics Develop forward-looking reporting and models that identify future inventory risk, enabling proactive mitigation before issues materialise Identify and develop scalable analytical approaches to key operational challenges, both internal and external with Vendors Partner with Supply Chain and Category teams to contribute to the development of the long-term strategy, providing data-driven insights with a focus on reducing cost-to-serve Basic Qualifications - Experience in program or project management - Experience in supply chain Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
