Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity, and real estate to corporate and tax matters. Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: ‎ Experienced Investment Funds Lawyer – Private Wealth Join a team of highly accomplished legal professionals renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence. From the outset, you will be entrusted with direct involvement in a diverse portfolio of sophisticated legal matters, working under the guidance and mentorship of senior members of the team. Your role: Provide strategic advice to an international clientele of Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals, guiding them in the structuring and implementation of bespoke investment vehicles, including private investment funds, holding structures, and co investment platforms; • Oversee the creation and coordination of tailored regulated and unregulated investment structures that reflect clients' wealth management, succession planning, and asset protection objectives; • Advise on the optimal investment framework for each client, ensuring the meticulous drafting of issuing and constitutional documentation (LPA, offering memoranda, articles of association), the negotiation of agreements with key service providers (AIFM, depositary, portfolio management agreements, etc.), and the preparation of filings with the CSSF where required; • Collaborate closely with other Arendt Private Clients teams and entities to deliver integrated, long term advisory support, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in the structuring, governance, and ongoing management of clients' investment activities; • Contribute to internal knowledge development by training colleagues and actively participating in knowledge sharing initiatives. Your profile: • You hold a university degree in law (Master 1 or 2), ideally completed by an LL.M degree in an English speaking country; • You have gained at least 4 years of professional experience within the field of investment funds. Knowledge of Private Clients specific activities is a plus. • You are fluent in English, and ideally also French, German and/or Italian; • You have proven listening skills and analytical rigor which enable you to gain the trust of internal and external contact persons; • You are open-minded, dynamic, flexible, and capable of working in a team in an organized and independent manner. ‎ Within Arendt, we uphold high standards.
