The Project Coordinator will support renewable energy (solar, wind, battery storage, hydro) projects and will integrate our Power Generation team under the Project Management Office (PMO). Key Responsibilities Support multiple Project Managers in the coordination and administration of multiple projects. Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items. Create, improve and maintain tools for project management purposes. Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders. Support project financial trackingMonitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost tracking. Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and track follow-up actions and priorities. Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Assist in resource planning and workload monitoring. Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems. Support contract administration, change management, and project controls processes. Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost tracking. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved. Identify project risks and support mitigation activities. Ensure Provides support to Project Managers to ensure compliance with WSP procedures, quality standards, and client requirements. Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project support roles. Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting projects is preferred. Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong organizational and planning skills. Resilience and capacity to adapt to changing project environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Teams. English proficiency (B2-C1) is mandatory for global collaboration environments. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, or similar is considered an asset. Experience in Power Automate is considered an asset. Interest or experience in automations and Copilot-based workflows is considered an asset. Experience in renewable energy is an asset. Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting projects is preferred. French proficiency (B2 minimum) is an assetEnglish proficiency (B2-C1) is preferred for global collaboration environments.
