Reconocida empresa del sector RETAIL se encuentra en búsqueda de analista de operaciones comerciales Misión del Cargo Gestionar, controlar y soportar los procesos administrativos y comerciales del área de Retail y canal indirecto (institucional y tradicional), asegurando la excelencia operativa en los puntos de venta a nivel nacional. Funciones Principales Operación Retail: Realizar el control y seguimiento diario a los requerimientos administrativos y operativos de las tiendas Retail a nivel nacional. Gestión de Inventarios: Depurar la bolsa de errores de stock/inventarios (LN/ML) y gestionar la respuesta y tramitación de solicitudes de ajustes de inventario ante el área Financiera. Facturación Institucional: Emitir oportunamente la facturación operacional nacional en sistemas Manager/LN y controlar las órdenes de venta confirmadas por los KAMs. Bonos e Incentivos: Liderar la gestión integral (solicitud, consolidación, distribución y reutilización) de Bonos Quantum para el canal tradicional. Eventos Especiales: Asumir el liderazgo operativo y administrativo de los procesos de facturación, manejo de personal y cajas en eventos de gran formato (ej. Feria del Hogar). Gestión de Devoluciones y Anticipos: Radicar y tramitar solicitudes de dinero, garantías y traslados de anticipos entre tiendas. Requisitos Formación Académica: Profesional en Ciencias Empresariales, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en funciones operativas comerciales, control de inventarios, facturación o administración de retail. Competencias Clave: Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle, organización y manejo de herramientas de facturación/ERP (LN/Manager deseable).
