Propósito del rol Brindar soporte en la entrega de información de productividad de manera oportuna, confiable y alineada con la realidad operativa, convirtiéndola en una herramienta efectiva para las áreas que la requieren, con el fin de optimizar el proceso productivo. Adicionalmente, apoyará la ejecución de metodologías de automatización de la información relacionada con la productividad. ?? Perfil que buscamos Profesional o estudiante de octavo semestre en adelante en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Producción o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles similares dentro de procesos de manufactura, especialmente en optimización de procesos, medición de tiempos y movimientos y automatización. ? Conocimientos y experiencia clave Excel avanzado Estadística aplicada Power BI Conocimientos en Inteligencia Artificial (deseable) ?? They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
