Responsabilidades e atribuições Emitir e monitorar certidões negativas (Federal, Estadual, Municipal, FGTS, INSS, Trabalhista); Acompanhar pendências e parcelamentos fiscais junto a órgãos como RFB, SEFAZ e Prefeitura; Manter atualizados os cadastros de CNPJ, Inscrição Estadual, Inscrição Municipal e inscrições especiais; Controlar prazos de obrigações acessórias mensais e anuais (EFD-ICMS/IPI, DCTF, eSocial, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, ECD, ECF, entre outros); Gerenciar renovação de licenças (Alvará, Vigilância Sanitária, AVCB, Licença Ambiental); Controlar envio de GIA/GIA-ST junto às SEFAZ de diferentes estados; Organizar e manter arquivos físicos e digitais de documentos fiscais e societários; Auxiliar na preparação de dossiês para auditorias fiscais; Elaborar e divulgar calendário mensal de obrigações fiscais. Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Contabilidade , Direito ou área correlatas; Vivência em rotinas fiscais e/ou paralegais; Conhecimento intermediário em Excel.
