Responsabilidades e atribuições Role Description The Senior Sales Representative QSR will manage and grow key accounts within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing QSR clients, and driving sales of Seara’s poultry and prepared food portfolio. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, negotiating pricing and contracts, coordinating product availability and delivery with internal teams, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role also requires preparing sales forecasts and reports, collaborating with marketing and supply chain to support QSR campaigns, and ensuring that customer service standards and food safety requirements are consistently met. Requisitos e qualificações Qualifications Strong QSR and foodservice sales skills, including account management, business development, and contract negotiation within the F&B industry. Solid knowledge of poultry and prepared food products, including basic understanding of production, quality, and food safety standards. Proficiency in sales planning and reporting, with the ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and prepare accurate forecasts. Effective communication and relationship-building skills, including stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience working in the UAE market, preferably in Dubai, with established contacts in QSR chains or major foodservice operators. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
