Requisitos e qualificações - Graduação em Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins; - Experiência sólida com Spring Boot WebFlux, Project Reactor (Mono/Flux) e programação reativa; - Sólidos conhecimentos do paradigma funcional; - Boa base acadêmica, principalmente em avaliação e otimização de algoritmos; - Domínio de Apache Kafka (produtores/consumidores, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry) ou Redpanda; - Conhecimento avançado em estruturas de dados (álgebra de listas, grafos, estruturas imutáveis) e algoritmos; - Familiaridade com bancos reativos (R2DBC, Reactive MongoDB) e SQL (PostgreSQL, indexação, query planning); - Experiência em arquiteturas distribuídas (Saga, Outbox Pattern) e mensageria (RabbitMQ, Pulsar); - Proficiência em Java 17+ (Records, Pattern Matching, Virtual Threads) e ferramentas como Lombok, MapStruct; - Conhecimento em cloud computing (AWS/GCP) e containers (Docker, Kubernetes); - Vivência com observabilidade (OpenTelemetry, Micrometer) e logging estruturado (ELK, Grafana Loki).
