About this role We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to be in charge of markets in Korea and support globally. Based in Korea, this role requires fluency in Korean and a strong interest in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in executing demand generation, ABM campaigns, events, customer marketing initiatives, and localized content, working cross-functionally to drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities Integrated Campaign Execution: Support and manage regional marketing initiatives including demand generation, ABM, and customer marketing programs tailored for Korea and SEA. Event & Field Marketing: Coordinate, execute, and track local events, seminars, webinars, and customer programs to engage prospects and deepen customer relationships. Digital Marketing & Content: Manage and localize marketing assets such as case studies and social media to ensure relevance for Korean audiences. ABM & Demand Gen Support: Partner with Sales to execute targeted ABM campaigns, monitor lead performance, and optimize for pipeline impact. Customer Marketing: Assist in building customer stories, testimonials, and advocacy programs to showcase success and strengthen retention Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or technology sectors. Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Korean; strong business-level written and verbal communication in English. Marketing Skills: Practical experience in campaign execution across email, events, social media, or digital channels. Versatility: Ability to manage multiple projects across demand generation, ABM, events, content, and customer marketing. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong project management and coordination skills with a proactive approach.
