Role Rebag is hiring an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to manage our lifecycle and retention program as part of the Brand Marketing team. This role brings Rebag's brand voice to life across every post-acquisition touchpoint, turning brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments into an engaging, on-brand customer journey. The role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and partners closely with Performance Marketing on segmentation, targeting, and campaign analytics: Own the email and SMS send calendar end-to-end: QA and scheduling for every email campaign, and set-up and scheduling for every SMS campaign, plus the automated/triggered flows and lifecycle journeys running in each channel Translate promotions and brand and seasonal moments into email and SMS content and cadence that reflect Rebag’s voice and creative standards Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team on audience segmentation, targeting strategy, and campaign analytics, using their data and insights to inform content, offers, and journey design Manage contact list health and growth across email and SMS, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to develop on-brand assets and messaging across flows and campaigns Assist with reporting for owned channels including engagement, conversion, and retention/repeat purchase metrics, sharing results and recommendations with Brand and Performance leadership Continuously test subject lines, content, send times, and channel mix to improve engagement and revenue Own communications across the seller workflow from listing through payout and re-engagement, partnering with the sales team to drive seller engagement and inventory growth Candidates 4+ years of experience in email/SMS, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, in-house or agency Strong sense of brand voice and creative judgment — comfortable briefing and collaborating with creative teams, not just optimizing metrics Hands-on, day-to-day familiarity with both an ESP/CRM platform (Klaviyo preferred) and an SMS platform (e.g., Attentive, Postscript), comfortable building, QA’ing, and scheduling sends in each Comfortable partnering with a performance marketing team to interpret segmentation and campaign analytics, even without owning the underlying data models Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred Experience in ecommerce, luxury, or fashion resale is a plus Excellent collaborator across Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Seller/Supply teams Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail, comfortable managing a fast-moving, multi-channel send calendar with zero-error QA Your resume must be English, otherwise it won't be considered.
