WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead a global enterprise application engineering team that delivers workflow, reporting, and integration solutions for teams across the firm Shape the delivery portfolio by translating stakeholder priorities into enhancements, platform improvements, production support, and release plans Partner with business functions, including Investor Relations, charitable foundations, external data sourcing, and recruiting, to design scalable workflow and reporting solutions Guide hands-on technical delivery for a distributed team, providing leadership during New York afternoon hours when global overlap is limited Manage delivery across full-time employees and consultants globally, balancing capacity, quality, and business priorities Coach engineering talent and work closely with the Warsaw-based technical lead to strengthen delivery discipline and technical quality Collaborate with technical peers across enterprise applications to design and deliver reliable integrations with corporate systems Oversee production support, incident resolution, maintenance, and release planning to keep applications stable and reliable Improve engineering practices for configuration, customization, integrations, testing, documentation, and deployment WHAT’S REQUIRED Experience managing engineering teams, including software engineers with hands-on expertise in applications such as Salesforce Experience leading global technology teams made up of full-time employees and consultants across multiple regions Experience guiding engineering execution, quality standards, delivery planning, and team development Experience managing a portfolio of enhancements, projects, and production support work for multiple business stakeholders Strong understanding of architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, release management, and application support practices in applications such as Salesforce Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, delivery plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes Experience integrating applications such as Salesforce with corporate systems, enterprise data platforms, recruiting platforms, workforce systems, and cloud-based infrastructure Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with multiple senior business stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, distributed environment Commitment to the highest ethical standards WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
