As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring that value to market through compelling positioning, messaging, and programs. Working closely with Demand Generation, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll turn customer and market insights into impactful content, campaigns, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives that support new offerings, drive adoption, and fuel growth. As our Product Marketing Manager, you will: Partner with senior product marketing managers to develop and execute messaging, content, and product marketing programs that communicate the value of Coveo for Website across buyer personas and stages of the customer lifecycle. Create internal and market-facing assets, including web pages, presentations, pitch decks, solution briefs, customer guides, videos, and thought leadership, that bring our solution positioning to life. Partner closely with Demand Generation to support integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer adoption through targeted messaging and campaign content. Work with Product Management to execute go-to-market activities for new offerings, launches, and feature releases, including messaging, collateral, communications, and cross-functional coordination. Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, and Business Development to develop customer stories, advocacy content, messaging, enablement materials, competitive insights, and sales tools that demonstrate business outcomes and communicate the value of our solution. Conduct customer, market, and competitive research, and gather feedback on product marketing initiatives to surface insights and continuously improve messaging, content, enablement, and go-to-market programs. Here is what will qualify you for the role: 3+ years of marketing experience, including experience in product marketing, business-to-business marketing, or a closely related role within a technology company. Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, including launches, campaigns, content creation, and sales enablement. Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging and content for both business and technical audiences, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Excellent collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders, gather customer and market insights, and take projects from concept through delivery. What will make you stand out: Experience in enterprise software or technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI)-driven platforms. Experience supporting product launches and integrated go-to-market programs. Experience creating sales enablement, customer stories, competitive content, or demand generation assets.
