WHAT YOU’LL DO Support investment professionals and trading teams by keeping front-office applications stable, responsive, and ready for daily market activity Install, configure, and maintain Linux- and Windows-based applications that support trading workflows and related operational processes Monitor daily application health, execute start-of-day and end-of-day checks, and address risks before they affect users Partner with engineering teams to improve application resiliency, supportability, and release readiness based on recurring production issues Automate routine support tasks and explore AI-enabled approaches to improve incident response and operational efficiency Document troubleshooting steps, operational procedures, and recurring issues to strengthen knowledge sharing across the support team Assist with production incidents from initial triage through resolution, coordinating across Technology to reduce business impact Communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents, changes, and follow-up reviews to maintain transparency and trust WHAT’S REQUIRED Five or more years of application support experience within the financial services industry Hands-on experience supporting Linux environments for production applications and user-facing systems Proven experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows-based applications in a production environment Ability to diagnose and resolve application performance, compatibility, and connectivity issues under time-sensitive conditions Experience supporting front-office trading environments Strong mindset toward automation and practical use of artificial intelligence to improve support processes Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technology teams and business stakeholders Ability to work from New York, New York, or Stamford, Connecticut Commitment to the highest ethical standards WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
