Industrial Trainee - Finance & Accounting

As part of the expansion of our Finance & Accounting team, we are looking for Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter cleared) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in core finance functions. Location Sigmoid Analytics 2nd Floor, Tower-2, SJR I PARK Road Number 9, EPIP Zone, Whitefield Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560066 Duration 6-month engagement Opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance Eligibility Criteria Who Can Apply? Semi-Qualified CA ( CA Inter cleared – one or both groups) Currently pursuing CA internship or articleship Aspiring to complete CA qualification in the future Roles & Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting Prepare and file GST returns Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable regulations Prepare and file TDS returns Support statutory, internal, and tax audits Perform ledger reconciliations and account reviews Ensure compliance with accounting standards and taxation regulations Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) Technical Skills Experience or exposure to audit, core accounting, compliance, and taxation Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory filings Proficiency in: MS Excel MS Word Microsoft PowerPoint Familiarity with accounting software such as: Tally SAP Zoho Books QuickBooks Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude Why Join Sigmoid?
