About the Role As a Senior Account Executive at Fictiv, you will work closely with some of the most exciting companies in the world to help them bring amazing products to market. This role is uniquely positioned to serve as the critical bridge between Fictiv India and a key India-based customer, coordinating across in-region teams, U.S.-based leadership, and our supplier network to deliver a seamless, world-class manufacturing experience. You will ensure Fictiv fully understands the customer's business goals — including financial KPIs, vision and mission, key initiatives, organizational structures, and operating models such as in-house manufacturing capabilities and R&D labs. You will also seek to understand their internal decision-making structures and develop the right relationships within those structures. You will learn about their product roadmaps, requirements, challenges, and priorities in bringing products to market, as well as their partnerships — design partners, contract manufacturers, local shop preferences, and more. With this knowledge, you will configure the optimal solution to address those requirements while improving their time to market. You will work on identifying and developing both prototyping opportunities and production-class manufacturing programs that allow customers to develop, launch, and deliver products at speeds never before thought possible. Your proven leadership skills will be essential to coordinating the efforts of a highly capable Fictiv team and platform that supports you at every opportunity. You will deliver sales presentations and organize on-site meetings — including quarterly business reviews, tech days, and other face-to-face meetings — to instill confidence, build relationships, and grow customer lifetime value. You will develop relationships at every level of an organization, from mechanical engineers to supply chain managers to C-level executives, to build trust in Fictiv as the go-to partner for all custom manufacturing needs. What You'll Be Doing Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com Generate new business opportunities within target account list Build meaningful, long-term relationships with key customer contacts Become a true expert in the product development needs, plans, and challenges of your accounts Help expand Fictiv's reputation as an industry leader in the digital manufacturing space Collaborate cross-functionally to win complex deals Serve as the primary bridge between the India-based customer and Fictiv India, coordinating day-to-day activity with in-region teams Coordinate with the U.S.-based team daily on in-region activity and provide support for Fictiv India-based operations Support on-site customer visits and facilitate executive engagements Develop and foster strategic supplier relationships on behalf of the customer Work closely with the sourcing team to develop an in-region sourcing strategy, assess supplier capacity, and ensure Fictiv is building the right supplier network to support customer growth and evolving needs Engage eagerly in sales enablement and training activities to deepen product knowledge, sharpen sales capabilities, and master Fictiv's differentiated catalog offerings Desired Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of proven track record meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience — background in aerospace or telecommunications strongly preferred BS/BA degree preferred Firm grasp of product development and related business requirements Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals Demonstrated track record of quickly building a new pipeline and managing a forecast to consistently exceed quota Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, sequencing, prospecting, collaboration platforms) Experience with TAM / SAM analysis Unparalleled verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages a plus Willingness and ability to travel to Hyderabad and other customer or supplier sites as needed Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with suppliers and leverage those partnerships strategically Comfortable operating across time zones, coordinating with distributed U.S. and India-based teams simultaneously Interested in learning more?
