Open to B2B contractors based in Poland. Rate: 89 — 119 PLN/hour. We are looking for a skilled Front-end Engineer for service agreement collaboration to cooperate with a team dedicated to automating and streamlining FlixTrain's operations - building internal tools that help manage the fleet more effectively, reduce manual processes, and increase productivity. This is a greenfield environment with plenty of room to shape new products from the ground up and explore innovative solutions for our internal users. Scope of services Independent development and delivery of high-quality frontend features within a self-organized, cross-functional distributed team Building intuitive, responsive user interfaces with a focus on internal user experience Driving frontend architecture decisions and contributing to technical quality across teams through code reviews and collaboration Working with a modern tech stack: React, TypeScript, Vite with Module Federation, TanStack Router & Query, Zustand, Tailwind CSS, React Hook Form with Zod, Vitest, Storybook, React Testing Library, and Biome Relevant expertise Profound understanding of Typescript and its ecosystem (package managers, bundlers, linters, etc.) Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS Hands-on experience with React.js Experience writing tests and working with test runners such as Jest or Vitest, including UI/e2e testing Solid written and spoken English skills Experience working in an Agile setup Collaboration model Cooperation based on a service agreement with independent delivery of agreed services and invoicing

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
