Who we are: Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. For the first time ever, safety, operations and finance teams can manage their drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet related spend in a single system. Combined with industry leading AI, the Motive platform gives you complete visibility and control, and significantly reduces manual workloads by automating and simplifying tasks. Motive serves nearly 100,000 customers – from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses – across a wide range of industries, including transportation and logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and the public sector. Visit gomotive.com to learn more. About the Role: As a Sales Compliance Analyst at Motive, you will help protect the integrity of how we sell. Motive's go-to-market organization closes thousands of deals every quarter across Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships, and Sales Compliance is the team that makes sure the rules of engagement are followed, that deal credit and commissions land with the people who earned them, and that the data behind our revenue is clean and defensible. You will report to the Associate Manager, Sales Compliance within GTM Strategy & Sales Operations, and work alongside two Sales Compliance Analyst II’s on a small, high-visibility team whose findings are read by Sales and Operations leadership. Day to day, you will own a queue of compliance requests and a set of recurring audits, using Salesforce, Jira and our partner and commission platforms to reconstruct what actually happened on a deal and reach a documented, evidence-based conclusion. This team has grown by building systems rather than adding hands, absorbing a 34% increase in request volume in 2025 while resolving cases 36% faster, so you will be encouraged to automate and improve the processes you inherit rather than simply run them. You will follow a structured 30-day ramp with documented guides for every recurring process. This role is a strong foundation for a career in sales or revenue operations, with a clear path to Sales Compliance Analyst II as your scope grows. People who thrive here are curious, rigorous, diplomatic, self-directed and genuinely interested in getting to the truth. What You’ll Do: Own a queue of Sales Compliance requests in Jira, triaging within SLA and driving each case to a documented, evidence-based resolution Investigate and adjudicate opportunity ownership and hierarchy disputes in Salesforce, grounding every decision in specific records, activity history and policy Run recurring compliance audits across churn exceptions, disqualified accounts, net new meetings, sales-qualified opportunities and duplicate or stale pipeline, and surface the patterns behind what you find Validate partner and referral commission eligibility with the Partnerships team, and reconcile partner platform data against Salesforce to close attribution gaps Report findings and trends to Sales and Operations leadership through recurring compliance reporting, and recommend policy or process changes that close the gaps you uncover Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Deal Desk to interpret rules of engagement consistently and improve upstream data quality Improve the processes you own by automating manual steps and strengthening the documentation behind each control What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, audit, quality assurance or compliance investigation, ideally at a B2B SaaS or technology company Hands-on Salesforce experience, including the ability to investigate opportunity, account and activity records and to build your own reports and list views Proven investigative rigor: you can reconstruct a sequence of events from system data, state your assumptions, and document a conclusion that stands up to scrutiny Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including pivots, lookups and reconciling two data sources against each other Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate an unwelcome finding to senior stakeholders clearly and diplomatically Comfort owning queue-based work against service level agreements while balancing recurring audits and project work Based in Islamabad with availability to overlap with US-based stakeholders several times per week Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. Please review our Candidate Privacy Notice here . UK Candidate Privacy Notice here . The applicant must be authorized to receive and access those commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations. It is Motive's policy to require that employees be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology. All job postings are for existing vacancies. Please note; some interviews or new-hire training sessions may be held in person at one of our global offices.

74,689 Sales Jobs Open Right Now — Where to Look

Most are in India and the US. Here's how to pick the right one for you.

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.

Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.

The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.

Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
