As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will: Prospect through outbound outreach to prospective customers, developing relationships with new stakeholders, buying centers and identifying potential opportunities. Build relationships with director-level and executive-level decision-makers through personalized outbound outreach strategies. Partner closely with Account Executives to align outbound prospecting efforts with territory priorities and generate qualified pipeline. Develop a strong understanding of Coveo’s artificial intelligence-powered solutions and articulate their value to customer challenges. Lead discovery and qualification calls to understand prospect needs, assess mutual fit, and create qualified opportunities. Execute a disciplined outbound prospecting strategy across phone, email, and social channels, including approximately 75 calls per day, to deliver a qualified pipeline. Here is what will qualify you for the role: 2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. A clear and confident communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to different industries and business challenges. A self-starter with a team-first mindset, known for your perseverance, adaptability, and ability to influence. Organized and efficient, able to manage a high volume of outbound leads and demo requests without losing focus. What will make you stand out: Experience with SaaS, ecommerce or AI-based products. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Orum, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
