Reports To VP Sales - Europe What You Will Be Doing Own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from initial engagement through close, driving revenue growth across existing customers and new business opportunities. Build and execute a territory strategy for France, identifying high-value prospects, leveraging channel partners and resellers, and prioritizing opportunities effectively. Engage multiple stakeholders within complex organizations, including Facilities, Sustainability, Procurement, and C-suite decision makers. Develop consultative, solution-based proposals that combine ChargePoint's hardware, software, and energy management capabilities to address customer business needs. Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce. Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from prospecting through deployment. What You Will Bring to ChargePoint Proven success managing and growing enterprise accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities. Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to navigate complex buying cycles and multiple stakeholders. Experience developing territory plans and building pipeline through a combination of account expansion, prospecting, and partner collaboration. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline management discipline. Requirements 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling SaaS, technology, or other complex solutions. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience originating, developing, and closing complex sales opportunities. Fluent French and professional-level English. Based in France with willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory. Experience within eMobility, energy, sustainability, or related industries is advantageous but not required.
