Auterion is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to translate complex autonomy, robotics, and defense technology into clear, market-facing messaging, sales enablement, web content, and campaign materials. This role partners closely with product, engineering, business development, and marketing to develop technically accurate, customer-focused content for defense and global markets. The ideal candidate has experience marketing defense, aerospace, or other highly technical products and can simplify complex technologies into compelling narratives that resonate with military, government, and commercial audiences. You will play a key role in communicating what Auterion builds, why it matters, and how it delivers mission-critical capabilities in real-world environments. Responsibilities and Duties Develop product positioning, messaging, and use-case narratives for Auterion's autonomy and robotics solutions. Partner with product, engineering, and business development teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing marketing materials. Create content for websites, landing pages, sales enablement, campaigns, presentations, one-pagers, events, and product launches. Build use-case narratives that connect product capabilities to customer needs, operational environments, and mission outcomes. Support customer-facing teams with clear sales materials, competitive positioning, and value messaging. Adapt messaging for different defense audiences, geographic markets, and stages of the customer journey. Support product launches, announcements, demonstrations, campaigns, and field events with messaging, collateral, and web updates. Collaborate with design, social media, video, PR, and events teams to develop polished, high-impact marketing assets. Maintain consistency across all product messaging while ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with company strategy. Qualifications and Skills 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, sales enablement, or a related role. Experience marketing products or technologies within the defense, aerospace, national security, or government sectors is required. Experience marketing complex technical products in B2B and/or B2G environments. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for a range of audiences. Experience partnering with product, engineering, sales, and business development teams to create accurate and effective marketing content. Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, use-case development, and product launches. Experience creating product web pages, landing pages, sales presentations, one-pagers, campaign copy, and other customer-facing marketing assets. Familiarity with defense procurement, military end users, or government buying processes is highly preferred. Comfortable working across global markets and adapting messaging for regional audiences. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern collaborative marketing tools. Experience managing external agencies, designers, video production teams, or PR partners. Writing or product marketing portfolio samples required. US Citizenship required, with eligibility to obtain clearances.
