Inbound Sales Team Lead – UK + New Markets About the team The UK Inbound Sales team is the first point of contact for merchants who've already shown interest in SumUp and that warm intent is a real advantage. The team works quickly to qualify, engage, and convert leads into long-term customers by matching the right SumUp solutions to each merchant's needs. This is a pivotal moment for the team: we're scaling into new European markets, and this role sits right at the centre of that growth. As Team Lead, you'll shape how we sell, how we coach, and how we scale, with direct influence over team performance, hiring, and the way we build out new markets from the ground up.
