This hybrid role combines content production and marketing promotion. You will independently design and fully execute song promotion strategies and supporting implementation plans, managing end-to-end core music projects including early-stage planning, content creation, partner liaison and full campaign rollout amid growing project scale and complexity that demand strong cross-team collaboration and resource coordination. Join us to lead landmark music initiatives and fuel commercial growth through creative content and innovative marketing. What you'll do: Music Promotion Apply music promotion (especially album’s campaign) logic to drive streaming performance, including playlist placements, chart impact, and audience growth through data-driven campaigns. Paid Advertising and Analytics Assisting in planning, launching, and optimizing paid social media ad campaigns (e.g., Douyin, Instagram, TikTok, Weibo). Use analytics to monitor performance, optimize content, and report actionable insights regularly. Creative Content Ideation Regularly propose fresh, creative concepts for short-form videos and viral social media campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners to bring creative ideas to life. Social Media Management Manage daily operations of label’s social media channels, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging content. Identify and leverage social media trends, pop culture moments, and viral opportunities to maximize artist visibility. Who you are: Minimum 4 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, or creative content strategy within music, entertainment, or related fields. Proven success in music promotion with demonstrated results in driving measurable streaming performance (e.g., playlist additions, spike in monthly streas/listeners, chart entries). Strong creative ideation skills, especially in developing engaging short-video content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Deep interest and knowledge in pop culture, music, and digital trends globally and in China.
