Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Contractor): Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a role on our Business Development team that will lead the daily execution of affiliate marketing programs under the leadership of the Affiliate Marketing Manager. This will include distribution channels like: publishers through Rakuten, card linked offers, and recurring annual events like marathons, festivals, etc. The role will ensure that SpotHero can meet customers where they’re at and embed parking in other consumer digital experiences and related offers. This is a 9 month contract with the potential to convert to FT. The Hourly Rate is $35/hr. What you will do: Develop expertise in SpotHero's affiliate link syntax and apply it across affiliate marketing and business development initiatives Test and validate affiliate links for accuracy and quality before distributing them to partners Collaborate with Marketing on content and creative assets development Manage and oversee the implementation of third-party partnerships for individual events Assist with planning, tracking, organizing, and executing affiliate campaigns Support partner communications, relationship management, and outreach Who you are: You’re comfortable working in spreadsheets, analyzing data and generating insights You're detail oriented, don’t let things slip through the cracks, can manage lots of little details across multiple programs simultaneously You’re a strong communicator, able to work well x-functionally and serve in a partner management capacity externally You’re type-A, extremely organized, always on top of things You’re willing to learn and master certain software and platforms that are used to execute affiliate programs What you bring: Previous experience in hands on execution of affiliate marketing programs What we are offering: A workplace recognized as CityLights award winner by 1871, 2026 Best Places To Work by BuiltIn, Most Loved Workplace Certified by the Best Practice Institute, and recipient of multiple Comparably awards, including Best Company Culture, Best Company for Women, and Best Company for Diversity.
