Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company! As a Publisher Sales Manager for the Japan Market on the Growth Publishers team, you'll play a key role in driving new business for our Japan market. You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end - from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing - and onboard a high volume of new publisher partners (websites and online media companies) for the Taboola network. To thrive in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of structuring, negotiating and closing deals (not limited to digital advertising, media or SaaS industries) Experience managing the full sales cycle independently- from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiation and signing Self-motivation and the ability to build and manage a robust pipeline Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with numbers, metrics and revenue projections, and able to translate data into clear business value for clients The ability to launch a high volume of accounts within a short sales cycle Fast learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and articulate value propositions Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions A team player mindset, able to learn, adapt and build relationships Tech-savvy, with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment Native Japanese and proficient English How you'll make an impact: As a Publisher Sales Manager for Japan Market, you'll bring value by: Owning the full sales cycle: from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing deals Identifying and engaging new publisher partners (online media companies and websites across the open web), building and growing outbound relationships Meeting with prospects and closing long-term partnerships, working closely with leadership when needed Building strong relationships and understanding partners' business models to craft tailored monetization strategies Presenting solutions in a clear and compelling way, both in-person and via video calls Performing real-time "media math" during conversations to provide accurate revenue estimates and move deals forward Collaborating with Operations to structure integrations and ensure fast, efficient partner launches Partnering with Account Management to guarantee successful onboarding, retention and long-term growth Why Taboola?
