Job Description As a Production Coordinator on the Riftbound team, you'll serve as the operational backbone of the organization, enabling the team to stay focused on delivering great products. Working closely with the production team, you'll maintain our product catalog and management vendor communications. You'll own the organization and movement of physical product samples, prototypes, and shipments while creating efficient processes that help the team operate smoothly. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and a willingness to jump into whatever the team needs. Job Responsibilities Support end-to-end order management processes, including preparing and issuing purchase orders for company products Assist with logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and follow-up on delivery status across all stages Maintain and update product progress schedules, monitor inventory and order quantities to ensure data accuracy Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve operational issues and keep workflows running smoothly Help organize and maintain relevant documentation, reports, and tracking records for regular review Undertake other related operational and coordination tasks as assigned Required Qualifications Good communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and overseas partners Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks systematically Clear written and verbal communication skills in English Responsible, proactive, and able to follow established procedures while working independently Basic understanding of order processing or logistics workflows is preferred but not mandatory Desired Qualifications 1–2 years of working experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or order coordination roles Familiarity with common ERP or inventory management systems Experience working with manufacturing or consumer product industries Ability to analyze basic operational data and flag potential risks or delays proactively Familiarity with international trade terms, shipping documentation, or import/export processes Employment Type: employment contract with FESCO Adecco, a professional personnel company in China
