Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager At Wolt, we create technology that brings local communities, merchants and customers closer together. What started with restaurant delivery has grown into a broader local commerce platform, helping customers discover and access more of what their cities have to offer. As our Retail business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager to expand our selection of high-value regional retail partners. You’ll join our Sales team and take ownership of some of the most important regional acquisition opportunities across priority retail verticals, helping shape what customers can find on Wolt in their cities. This role can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich . What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll own the acquisition and development of high-value regional Enterprise retail partners in Germany, from identifying and engaging the right prospects through commercial negotiations, signing and initial rollout. You’ll combine strong commercial execution with a strategic view on which partners can have the greatest impact on Wolt’s selection, coverage and long-term growth. Day-to-day in this role you’ll: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty. Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners’ businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt. Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt’s long-term business objectives. Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process. Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches. Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale. Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach. Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team. Our humble expectations You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers. You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature. You’re an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides. You’re comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams. You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact. You’re highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. You’re comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions.
