As a Marketing Coordinator at JFrog you will… Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities that support lead generation, MQL generation, and marketing-influenced pipeline Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Content, PPC, Sales, Project Managers, external agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and programs across EMEA, including email, landing pages, nurture programs, content syndication, paid media,and other digital channels Manage audience segmentation and targeting for emails and campaigns to deliver relevant and personalized content to prospects and customers Own campaign timelines, execution checklists, launch coordination, and cross-functional follow-up across multiple programs Track and analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization Coordinate regional campaign localization across EMEA, including working with translators, vendor management, timelines, workflows, budget tracking, and quality assurance Use AI and automation tools to accelerate campaign execution, content adaptation, personalization, and localization To be a Marketing Coordinator in JFrog you need… 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology/SaaS company or B2B agency Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns and programs, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimization Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing, content creation, campaign execution, or workflow automation Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment Passion for cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration High level of English proficiency is required (additional languages, such as German or French, are a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
