Cal AI is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for setting the Viral Automations influencer marketing strategy and ensuring the program drives measurable business impact. You will own planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and team effectiveness, and partners cross-functionally to scale influencer marketing in a sustainable way. What you’ll be doing: Define and own the Viral Automations influencer marketing strategy aligned to business, brand, and growth objectives Oversee the Viral Automations influencer marketing budget, including spending appropriately compared to monthly, quarterly, and annual allocations Communicate expected spend and outcomes based on historical performance and business goals Partner cross-functionally to analyze influencer marketing performance (pageviews, CPMs, and PPVs) and connect results to key growth KPIs Establish and maintain frameworks for influencer selection, deal structures, and partnership standards Translate business goals into clear priorities, roadmaps, and resourcing plans for the Viral Automations influencer team Drive process improvements, tooling decisions, and measurement evolution to improve efficiency and signal quality Coach and develop team members, setting clear quality bars and performance expectations Partner cross-functionally with Paid, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and execution Success in This Role Looks Like Influencer marketing spend is well-paced, forecasted accurately, and aligned to business priorities Leadership has confidence in budget planning, performance analysis, and recommendations Influencer marketing impact on business KPIs is clearly understood and communicated The team operates efficiently with strong accountability, learning loops, and execution quality Qualifications to be successful in this role: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related digital marketing roles Proven success in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and partnerships Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills Comfort with data and reporting — ability to translate metrics into insights and recommendations Experience with influencer and social analytics preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing external talent/freelancers Background in health, wellness, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with affiliate marketing measurement and attribution Values you’ll model Be Kind and Care — build with empathy; assume positive intent; support teammates and members.
