We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented marketer to join our team as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager for our ISV/Tech & AI partners. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across strategic partners and establishing an operating plan to support the broader partner ecosystem. You will work directly with multiple Tech and AI partners, in addition to working cross-functionally with our Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales teams, to amplify MongoDB’s voice, footprint, and adoption. We’re looking for an experienced and innovative partner marketer to help accelerate MongoDB’s vision by building and scaling high-impact co-marketing initiatives that help establish MongoDB the default data layer across these partners. The right candidate for this role is a data and results driven marketer, a team player, and able to roll up your sleeves and get the job done! Must be comfortable in a dynamic, changing ecosystem as new integrations and partnerships emerge. You also demonstrate MongoDB’s core values such as making it matter, build together and embrace the power of differences. The role will directly report into the Lead, Partner Marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop partner marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and adoption of MongoDB via our ISV/AI/Tech partner ecosystem Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams Oversee the development of jointly produced digital content, including web assets, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc. Act as a liaison between ISV/AI/Tech partners and internal teams, including Industry & Solutions, Field Marketing, Events, and Product Own partner marketing planning and project manage the initiatives that bring them to market Manage in-person joint events in conjunction with the Field Marketing and Events teams, including promotional materials and on-site support Manage partner marketing budget Ideal Candidate 6+ years of marketing and partner marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company Working knowledge of AI & Tech company offerings and a passion for these evolving technologies. Experience with developer and partner marketing a plus Experience working and communicating with complex internal and external sales organizations Hyper-organized and capable of juggling all of the data associated with projects and task-tracking Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating internal enablement and external marketing content About MongoDB MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location.
