About this team and role: The Firefox Product Marketing team works closely with Product, Marketing, Creative and other cross-functional partners to drive acquisition, activation, engagement and retention across the entire user journey. The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager will serve as the operational anchor for Firefox Mobile marketing execution. They will translate product marketing and growth strategies into reliable, repeatable execution across App Store Optimization (ASO), lifecycle programs, product launches and other priority growth initiatives. They will also improve execution quality and team scalability by developing stronger processes, automation and AI-assisted workflows. What you’ll do: Coordinate and execute ASO initiatives, including metadata updates, creative experiments and app store events, in collaboration with Product Marketing and our external agency. Translate approved lifecycle campaign briefs into executable plans and support hands-on campaign execution across key moments in the user journey. Support the execution of product launches and other priority growth initiatives by coordinating workstreams, cross-functional handoffs and operational follow-through. Own shared localization, quality assurance and operational readiness workflows across supported workstreams, identifying and escalating blockers and risks before they affect delivery. Gather and consolidate performance data and operational learnings from campaigns and experiments to support reporting, synthesis and future optimization decisions. Develop scalable processes, automation and AI-assisted workflows—including solutions using Claude Code and Cowork—to improve execution consistency and reduce coordination overhead. What you’ll bring: 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role. Experience coordinating and executing multi-step marketing programs across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines and dependencies. Strong operational judgment, organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently. Experience creating repeatable processes, workflows and documentation that improve execution quality and efficiency.
