Movable Ink scales content personalization for marketers through data-activated content generation and AI decisioning. The world’s most innovative brands rely on Movable Ink to maximize revenue, simplify workflow and boost marketing agility. Headquartered in New York City with close to 600 employees, Movable Ink serves its global client base with operations throughout North America, Central America, Europe, Australia, and Japan. The Senior Salesforce Administrator serves as a primary strategic administrator and functional lead for Movable Ink’s Salesforce environment. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions by leading requirement gathering, business analysis, and backlog grooming for both administrative builds and custom developer projects. Working across internal GTM teams, operational partners, and technical delivery teams, you will facilitate discovery, write granular user stories, coordinate UAT, and drive declarative platform improvements. Responsibilities: Conduct daily support and administration of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, validation rules, process builders, flows, and related enablement tools. Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls across Salesforce and integrated sales tools. Troubleshoot bugs, field errors, and integration defects within Salesforce, serving as a point of escalation for complex support requests. Perform data maintenance activities including data cleansing, deduplication, field validation, and data imports/exports. Lead requirements gathering workshops to translate complex business demands into technical specifications and detailed user stories for both admin and development team backlogs. Support intake prioritization and drive sprint grooming sessions to align GTM business requirements with technical delivery execution. Design, build, and maintain scalable declarative solutions using core Salesforce capabilities, including advanced Flows and custom objects. Develop test cases, organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners, and ensure release readiness across administrative and custom code deployments. Create process documentation, system workflows, and end-user training materials to drive system adoption. Stay up to date with Salesforce seasonal releases, features, and best practices. Qualifications: 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS or high-growth environment. Active Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred. Proven track record handling daily platform support, user security, and data management while grooming backlogs for technical teams. Deep proficiency with declarative automation (Salesforce Flow), validation logic, security controls, custom reports/dashboards, and GTM tool integrations. Strong understanding of Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB SaaS sales cycles, recurring revenue structures, and sales operations workflows. Ability to prioritize competing business demands and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. The base pay range for this position is CAD$ 87,000 - CAD$ 113,000 , which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Studies have shown that women, communities of color, and historically underrepresented people are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture where all Inkers can thrive. If you’re excited about the role but don’t meet all of the abovementioned qualifications, we encourage you to apply. Our differences bring a breadth of knowledge and perspectives that makes us collectively stronger. We welcome and employ people regardless of race, color, gender identity or expression, religion, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, ethnicity, family or marital status, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, disability, Veteran status, or other protected characteristics. 74,689 Sales Jobs Open Right Now — Where to Look

Most are in India and the US. Here's how to pick the right one for you.

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.

Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.

The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.

Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
