Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Kharadi, Pune Job Description Key Requirements Strong Technical Project Manager with experience leading complex technology projects. Ability to drive and lead teams with passion, ownership, and accountability. Proactive self-starter with a hands-on, outcome-focused approach. Confident in working with and constructively challenging senior stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Good understanding of AI / Generative AI and its practical application in project management. Must be able to demonstrate how AI has been used for planning, reporting, risk management, meeting summaries, productivity, or decision-making. Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and delivery governance. Experience working with cross-functional technology, business, product, and engineering teams. Good understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies. Looking for a dynamic, hands-on PM rather than a very senior/profile-heavy project manager.
